Not sure what the title of this album is but Jay Electronica just posted this tracklist onto his Instagram account. All Illuminati everything. Actually, out of all the Roc Nation members, I believe Electronica because of his relationship with a Rotchschild.
Update: Found out it was for Act 2: Patents of Nobility
